Star Wars universe meets iconic style: the sound of Ray-Ban

Take a pillar of contemporary pop culture like the Star Wars™ saga, cross it with Ray-Ban’s timeless aesthetic, and translate it into a dynamic launch video celebrating the new capsule collection inspired by The Mandalorian and Grogu. For us at Disc To Disc Productions, handling the audio post-production for this project meant operating in a space where every sound detail carries a distinct, iconic weight.

The launch video demands complete synergy between sci-fi imagery and the brand’s modernity. Our intervention focused on constructing a clean, robust, and immersive sonic framework. We developed the sound design starting from the subtlest nuances: the metallic texture evoking the Mandalorian’s armour, the dynamic contrasts, and the effects that punctuate the clip’s visual rhythm. Every element was refined and balanced through meticulous mixing, engineered to deliver the campaign’s astral energy and urban attitude without ever overpowering the brand’s visual identity.
